i must be one of the lucky ones as i have a bank guarantee,how do i get my money back?i am assuming it is not an easy process has anyone any info on how i can start the legal ball rolling or has anyone a contact at cam bank

Hi all,
Has anyone moved in yet?i havent heard anything from my sales agent since december and was told then that people would be moved in for the end of January,i am hoping to visit site on April the 9th ,so hopefully all will be revealed ,any updated info prior to my visit would be good.

All,
I have recieved a letter from my agent (after 3 months of chasing)confirming that the commercial area will commence on phase 2 and run through to phase 5 for eventual completion,when i bought my property i was told that the commercial area would be finished with ph2 which is why i purchased a villa on ph2 within close proximity to the commercial area to allow my children to utilise without going to far,i now assume that since there are no definitive dates for ph 3,4 and 5(never mind ph 1 and 2) then the odds of completing the communal areas prior to children leaving home is very slim,I bought in may 06 with completion originaly discussed as mid 07,unfortunatly it looks as though i will now have to walk away as this development without the commercial area for my 3 children to enjoy is just not a family holiday home,looks like its back to polaris??

It sounds like another promise that the developer wont deliver!!!and before everyone jumps on my back so to speak !have they delivered anything yet that has been promised,i am becoming more and more disillusioned with this whole project .
The sports and lesuire facilities/communal areas/hotel etc are what myself and family were drawn to as well as all the other items you list,at this rate my 14 year old son will have left home by the time they open the comunal pool???Not quite the family retreat we had in mind,sorry to sound bitter and twisted but i think thats what i am now.
Many thanks for your information ricman but its prbably better spent on someone else.

Many thanks for that,i actually bought on phase 2 because the agent advised that the commercial centre etc would be completed when ph 2 was complete.what do you mean with regards "bank guarantees
