A nice piece of good news on a Monday!!! I'm going out to the site myself in the next month or so and it would be good to see some progress pictures before I do. Lady Dallowa tell me you took some of the site, i think we all could do with seeing construction in progress!

I to have been pestering my agent something rotten the thing that concerns me is they do not really have any answers and say they need to get more information from the developer because they are unaware of completion dates and exact dates for my outstanding Bank certificate.

I just want answers I noticed in a previous thread Lady Dallowa said she contacts the developers direct and they are more than happy to help so maybe that what’s we all need to do ask the questions get the answers and hopefully reassurance.

Just so you dont all make the mistake I did, I called this gentleman to try and find out the information that he was stating. Turns out he was just trying to sell me his taxation advice!
