We did our snagging in July returned in Nov to complete to find it practcally as we left it WE spent 8 days chasing med lux homes interlarken &miguel ,we completed \with a promise agreed by solicitors to finish within 30 days , this did not happen. We returned in feb yet again thrying to get items finished everyone pionting the finger at everyone else and sayiong its not our responsibility, a bit more was achived but it still is not ina condidtion to let out. WE go back out again in April to hopefully get some more finished which includes replacing the cooker chimney and some cupboard doors and an internal door. Personally I would not complete without most of the item remaining. We completede in Nov and have not be able to rent until aftre our next visit so have lost the potential to rent over 6 months. The other problem is once you complete and are onsite you can get items sorted so it depends how much time you have got to sort things out so those onsite will get things done and your will be left to last until you next go out. We3 like it when we stay there and cannot wait for purchasers to take over and have some say in the running of the site it is absolutely diaboical as it stands. there is so much ducking and diving of responsibilites they all deserve a medal!!!!
