Thanks for the information, we have since found out that Ammex, who have not responded to any emails turned the water off and had forgotten to turn it back on. This has happended and a number of occasions with us being withour water for days on end. They appear to just run it off without telling us. We have now lost rental incom because of it because prospective tennants have had to be directed elsewhere.
