A good person to ask for a quotation is Steve Garrot  0034 670885219.  He painted our apartment, fitted lights and installed electric shutters over the patio doors.  Excellent workmanship.

Rather than fitting screens ... have you thought about grills... I had some fitted to the utility area... seems more secure and looks a bit better somehow...

I have heard that without windows, the area can get quite dirty.  The welsh guy called John has also been recommended to me for the windows, I'm waiting for a quote from him, he's mentioned elsewhere for this and other jobs.
