Sept rental wanted in Palomares Almeria

has anyone completed in block 30. i have been told snagging is done, and i will be over in 3 weeks to check, i am not prepared to sign on their say so.

i was over in november and expressed concerns over the finishes to the communal lobby, and paths and landscaping, but i believe these have been handed over to ammex which i think is wrong as i will be paying again to put work right or finish jobs off.

the square metreage in the contract includes the foyer hence i should have a say in the snagging. any thoughts. if anyone is over in february (not half term week) perhaps we could meet up.

because mlh were sucessful in selling nearly everything off plan, they obviously felt there was no need to "go the extra mile" with all the finishing touches, on a positive note once the development is fully finished the views and location are excellent and we could have a nice community and interact not only there but through the website.

We hope to be there week starting 18th February.

We just closed in Block 18 so we are hoping to get the furniture done and get the place ready.

Will probably stay in one of the hotels in Estepona - Can anyone recommend a good hotel nearby ?

Why not support the rental market on the CDS development? There is a chap on ebay advertising his apartment  on CDS for £100 a week during the low season. I suggest if you are sorting out furnishings, decorations and outstanding snagging items it helps if you're on site.
