WE also had a very comprehensive 9 page 50 plus item snagging list with pictures. However this was passed to med lux homes via solicitors for action ready for completion and when we arrive in Nov some 3 months later to complete it had not been started including the ordering of a new front door that had graffitti scratchedintov it in July !!.
It seems that the buiders will help you whilst you are on site and then its who shouts loudest gets the attention, so when you leave your work stops , this was addmitted to us by Med lux homes. I asked why our item had not been done despite receiving a fax with items being ticked off as completed but clearly werenot when we arrived. Luckily we were in spain a week before3 completed and spent the week pestering the builders. We completed with items not finished but our solicitor included these item on the final contract signing giving developer 30 days to complete tasks..............I expect to find unfinished items when we arrive on 4th, My advice is dont trust them when they saw they have completed the snagging - go and look for your self . Spend some time onthe site and chase the builders. To be fair once we were there pestering the builders most of the work was done, but I was exhausted by the time we returned to the UK between them Med lux homes and Ammex
