Having returned last night from Casares del Sol, I can advise that building work at CDS Suites has most definitely NOT stopped. Anyone who has visited recently will confirm that the tower cranes are in constant use Monday to Friday and that the workers cars are once again a pain in the backside.

The buildings are advancing and hopefully, if I get a chance, I will upload some photographs in the next few days.

I'm sure that many other owners in Casares del Sol will agree with me in thanking everyone who contributed to the meetings on 9th & 10th April and in particular to Jenny (Brutus) for preparing and posting the minutes.

The 7% IVA rate applied to our purchases. However, as CDSS apartments are being sold on a different basis (I understand that they are a managed aparthotel) it may be that the higher rate applies. I suggest that you get some professional advice.
