Lack of Confidence in the Latest information

hello fellow purchasers

does anybody else feel that the prolonged current situation and lack of credible progress regarding the supposed deals involving our finances leaves a lot to be desired?

i mean, the information pased from this max, Darren, Anna - xcetera doesnt seem to be progressing does it?

what has happened to the supposed deal with the previously mentioned HSBC or Arab connections?

how long are we expected to wait for the financial instrument to start, i mean the 12 month start time is slowly being pushed further and further away from me and you and there seems nothing we can do about it.

i sent in my information to whoever wanted it but im not convinced it will bring results.

what are we to do? I read the spanish property news regularily and other community clients seem to be getting results in geting there money back. this forum is littred with people saying they have got there money back but when you pm them you get no solid direction ! is it all a hoax i feel ?

Agree with your sentiments re so called ;refunds process'.  Please PM me - there is hope!!

Can I suggest that this might have been done to stall those people who were well progressed with their legal actions and conversations with the banks

Has anybody git their lawyers to speak directly to this group to get a wriiten agreement

FINCA PARCS ACTION GROUP - NO BANK GUARANTEES

For almost 3 years I have been part of a group of 8 Finca Parcs purchasers who never received the legally required Bank Guarantees from Cleyton GES and CAM Bank.  We reserved in November 2006 and have been chasing the developer and bank since that date.  During this time we have collected a huge amount of correspondence and evidence in this matter.

In the last 2 months our group has grown to 31 Finca Parcs purchasers with a total of 40 plots.

I am co-ordinating the group and we have submitted all the required data to Max Kite at Finca Parcs Refunds.  Max Kite has been like a breath of fresh air and has replied to every email I have sent him on behalf of the group.  In 3 years of dealing with Cleyton GES we have never received such prompt responses to our communications.  Unfortunately, Max Kite is only employed by Cleyton GES solely for the collection and collation of data and as such his role is very limited.

However, we do feel that the Refunds Process is now taking far longer than originally promised and we still have no tangible evidence to suggest that it will lead to a refund as promised.

As a group we are determined that justice should be done in this matter and all innocent purchasers who never received the legally required Bank Guarantees should receive a full refund together with the addition of legal interest.  This is a very serious and complex situation and therefore we as a group are unable to give a 100% guarantee of success to anyone, however you can be sure we will leave no stone unturned in our fight to recover our deposits.

We have legal representation in the matter from Maria Luisa de Castro of Costaluz Lawyers and have secured a reduced level of legal fees due to the number of purchasers in our group.
