Recently been in Spain this guy is active in dealing with crooked Spain like we are all facing with the crooks at Clayton GES and cam bank (one of the same thing effectively)

Would recommend you email to recant your stories.

 

As we all the offices in murcia are now shut, Antonio never answers phone , gerado has done a runner under pretence of being sacked, gill does not answer phone, her daugheter no longer promoting her pool service, and our money slowly getting syphoned away by Antionio, Darren and all the other cronies. Antonio aparently tells every one he is broke, whilst his nose gets larger and larger and larger, and his bank account gets fuller, and fuller and fuller

be careful and act

 

Suggest everyone emails this guy to try and get some form of political involvement.

Como invitado especial estaba David Hammerstein Europarlamentario de los Verdes, conocido por sus intervenciones en Europa a favor de una investigación de la problemática urbanística y medioambiental en España, miembro del Comité de Peticiones del Parlamento Europeo. El informe Auken fue elaborado y aprobado en el seno de dicho comité, y fue posteriormente aprobado por el Parlamente Europeo por abrumadora mayoría, pese a la oposición de los Eurodiputados del PSOE y del PP, y critica durante el urbanismo español, llegando incluso a propone runa congelación de fondos estructurales para España.

He will no doubt leg it again and set up a new company.

Thanks for the info, but why are GG running away from their land and buildings which are worth more than 3m euros or so they hold in deposits? 

 Apart from the fact that I guess CAM has the deposit monies. If CAM bank have invested a lot for  the building work to date wont they just repossess the land if CG is declaring bankruptcy? They then just wait until the phases are sold to get their money back, which seems a lot easier than attempting fraud.

Are you saying CAM bank are corrupt and in partnership with CG to defraud hundreds of investors? Sounds a bit unlikely even for Spain.

that is exactly what is happening.

 

Under Spanish law bank guarantees have to be issued. except we talking about corrupt spain here so cam bank could not give a damn about spanish law.

 

antonio as we all know is lining to do a runner.

 

do you know about his other companies! thought not. our money is probably sitting in FABULOUS BUSINESS,S.A. which he alos owns 100% off.

 

he worked for cam bank, does that not seem suspicious

 

finca expert antonio's last wheeze has no planning licnece either

 

if cam bank force clayton ges to bankruptcy (bear in mind they are currently insolvent, have left murcia premises becuase aparently they have no money (forget the houses, the hummers, etc that we have paid for) what will happen.

 

do you really beleive cam bank real estate arm will ask green peace and the other political parties to reinstate the planning licence...think again.

 

cam bank have in excess of 3,600,000 million euros of our money. they have refused to comply with spanish law and issue bank guarantee, antonio as developer (he owns 100% of clayton ges) should legally enforce bank guarantee under same stature.

 

antonio will disappear under a rock, cam bank will pay lip service to spanish law and me and you are f....ked.

 

yet another crooked spanish corrupt scam

Another port of call is British Ambadossor to Spain - her role is to protect british citizens in spanish matters whether they are in uk or in spain.

i must be one of the lucky ones as i have a bank guarantee,how do i get my money back?i am assuming it is not an easy process has anyone any info on how i can start the legal ball rolling or has anyone a contact at cam bank

Not really it means absolutely nothing in the corrupt stain on the EEC that is Spain.

The corrupt, and crooked Cam Bank which Antonio is fronting up, have several cases where clients at Finca Parcs have bank guarantees and Cam Bank despite Court case in clients favour have refused, I repeat refused to pay out on the bank guarantee they issued. Despite Court decision in home owners favour. The scum Bank are crooks

If we find the bank Antonio is dealing with we should arrange a subtle kidnapping of the Bank Manager and see how they like it.

Scum,

Send Spain back to the 60's ,

Remove the eec grant,

Send the country back to a third world s...thole,

Can anyone confirm the CAM bank are refusing to refund deposits on bank guarantees despite being instructed by a court to do so?

eddie they have but with no certifcate of habitacion, relying on developers electricity and water and at a site without planning licence, sounds like they will be calling chanel 4 dispatches very soon

First of all I am surprised that any bank would give a mortgage with no COH unless it was the one that are exposed to the developer and you should be very carefull, given all of the recent press, TV etc doing this

If the builder goes into administration, and there is no firm news that they will, the first thing that will go is gas, water and electricity and witout a COH it is almost impossible to arrnge legal connections

I strongly disagree with the comments made regarding refunds of VALID  BG and CAM not acting based on Court instructions giving refunds, especially after the comments now made on another thread and I am soory but I don´t believe that they have a Court judgement, it normally doesn´t go that far

The CAM Bank are goverened by the Spanish banking rules and if this is true it is easy to speak to their head offuce and have this resolved

This is a painfull and difficult process, you have to have a good strong lawyer and you can only make a claim based on the exceeding of the contracted conpletion date but if you bring an action you will recover your money plus costs and interest

Inspect a Home - I have seen court decision at my solicitor against clayton ges for bank guarantee, and judgement telling cam bnk to pay out.

 

cam bank have after 10 weeks refused to pay money to buyer.

 

auderlia was very lucky

All,

I have been dealing with the Cam Bank direct now for about 8 weeks as I could not get hold of Clayton Ges, I contacted the London Branch who gave me a Spanish contact called Sven, he as been very helpful and wanted to see my cancellation of contract letter,my contract, my bank Guarantee's and proof of my payments to the Cam Bank.

Today he called me and said that if I give my spanish lawyer power of atorney and he sends them a letter in spanish requesting the return of my funds they are ready to pay up, unfortunatly they are asking for all 3 proof of payments to the bank and I can only find the second two it could be a sticking block, and I am not holding my breath but if I did have my first bank transfer reciept I would feel fairly confident of getting paid up.

can you email me by pm the contact number of this sven. i do not have a bnk guarantee but antonio and darren and gerado and gill have all patently ignored requests to advice which bank they used.

If i can get phone number or email for this sven i can go down that route

alamred I am not sure how to explain this to you but the direct response is if you do not have a BG then there isn´t one for your property and there is NO POINT contacting the bank because it is nothing to do with them

You have 2 courses of action the first is that you will have to sue the developer, who is ignoring you, for the recovery of the money

The 2nd is that you should be having serious words with the lawyer who represented you as they have a professional duty to act on your behalf and get the BG as part of the process and they should have, as I have to carry as a proffesional services, professional indemnity insurance against which you can make a claim

If thety start geting payputs against the Bg the financial situation of any developer can change quickly

Inspecta Home I dont think you know the true situation here.

Antonio still works in some capacity for cam bank (he hid this to everyone), cam bank fronted this scam and the aparently pulled funding.

antonio pleads poverty, even though he has numerous houses, personal sa complaines , several million in deposits.

developer should under spanish statute issue bg (law 68 i think) but as we both know laws and adhering to them dont exist in spain, cam bank have probably never been asked for a bg.

despite that my money sits in cam bank, a friendly or unfriednly word with cam bank will do wonders for my money and there respect for common decency

Alarmed,

I appreciate your situation but would prefer not to give Svens number at the moment as I am in delicate negoiations in trying to get my money back, do you have the reciept from your money transfer showing the money for your deposit being recieved by the CAM Bank? as this appears to be just as important, if you dont have that I would say like Inspecta Home you would just be ignored by the CAM Bank.

I will try to again the situation, under Spanish Law, regarding the payment of monies against deposits and staged payments and your legal right to recover this money

I am trying to provide information based on many years of experience in helping people in this area, knowledge of the system, and how to potentially deal with the authorities but I am not a lawyer

First of all it doesn´t matter who fronted the deal, if it was a scam, if they still work for the bank, all of this is irrevelivant to your claim  and if you go down the route of trying to recover this money you will not suceed

If you throw abuse of accusations at the CAM bank its officers etc you will not suceed and they will just close up shop on you

 The ONLY redress that you have is to use the proper channels, the legal systems and you have alreadsy read that the banks where there is a valid BG and where the buyer can PROVE payments they will pay out but they are paying agianst a claim against a valid BG

The fact that you can prove that the money was paid into the account is irrevilvant because the process by which money is paid in against an agreed BG is different, it goes into a different suspense account, an escrow accout that the builder cannot get at howvever if there is no agreed BG the money is not ring fenced

Now yes Spanish law required a BG, yes they have broken the law by not providing but the KEY PERSON that should be held accountable for this is your lawyer

With no BG you currently have no legal claim against CAM Bank, they do not have to talk to you, they certainly will not havbe your money anymore and you have a contract with CG.  The only way to recover your money is an action against them with the proviso that they have exceeded by 6 months, the agreed completion date for your property purchase and then you run the risk that CG will file for administration which means that you will get nothing

If you as you state a judgement against CG for the return of your money then you must have your lawyer to enforce this using  a system similar to the baliff system and charges seizing  on assets, more expense I am afraid, but I am sorry to be so brutal but stop chasing CAM Bank as it is not their problem

Again please use the legal systems as they exist in Spain, they do work but they are slow, it is no good hurling abuse or even lobbying MP´s again no BG no rights to recoverymoney from the bank
