Starting again?

Well after about 4 years since handing over large large deposits to secure our Phase 5 plot, we are in final throws of refund via bank guarantee.  I'm sure that CDP will be great when its finished, however we are now going to look elsewhere (maybe even in San Juan, who knows).  So good luck to all in process of completing in what is a really lovely location.

Well Richard you are in a very good position to find a great deal just now..there are some villas on the hill , ready now at good prices in San Juan and others as well

If you go inland a bit near Huercal Overa, where I have bought , there are  2 bed villas in plots form 250 m2 from 140.000 € and with the new road it will only be 20 mins to San Juan..nice Spanish environment but not isolated...but San Juan if you want to be on the coast is one of the best if you want it quiet most of the year

Hope they also paid you interest and good luck in finding what you want...worth taking a trip say in early Sept to have a look to see what you can get for your money 

Eg in Palomares a distressed sale has just gone off and a 2 bed duplex in an attractive small gated complex , facing the right way with a great solarium  is available at 130.000 €...owner paid 185.000 € about 3 years ago but has to sell to clear debt
