Well after about 4 years since handing over large large deposits to secure our Phase 5 plot, we are in final throws of refund via bank guarantee.  I'm sure that CDP will be great when its finished, however we are now going to look elsewhere (maybe even in San Juan, who knows).  So good luck to all in process of completing in what is a really lovely location.

Its a shame that Peinsa have been unable to communicate anything about the project - and even at this stage there is still nothing.  Suspect that so many folk have pulled the plug on this (or at least trying to) that Peinsa will at some point? have a lot of properties to move on.

Our property on ph5 looked nearly complete last Sept.........

Just wondered if there is life on site from Peinsa as seems all communications have dried up.  We supposed to be ph 5 and assume its still all caged up.  Does anyone have any news re latest developments?

Yes that may have more weight as there appears no communications from anywhere.  Would be very interested in this approach.
