Weather was fantastic, lots of mossie's unfortunately around.
Lots of people occupying houses on the site on a weekend on the completed phases, then leaving for home on the Sunday - clearly lots purchased as 2nd homes.
Etos personnel on site, working alongside workmen snagging properties, which are about to complete. Work continues to focus on phases 1-3 - albeit if you trust Penisa the new contractors for the remaining phases will be starting after Easter.
Montesol re opening 4th April, will be a Spanish restaurante and to be opened by a guy who has already a restaurante in Vera with a good reputation for food - let's hope they make a "go of the place" and stay longer than the previous people.
Skippy's bar closed down and for sale. Electrical shop downsized but still offering best price for sat TV and air conditioning units.
Resort, fairly quiet and not everything open, but you can see they are starting to get ready for the season.
Roundabout in the village, by Pepa's quite a mess with the trucks going up and down, some tarmac on the "new road" but yet to be finished - they have even put in traffic lights and several roundabouts up to the golf course from the village centre.
