The coming out topic for people who are opposed to the EGM

75% is against according to some people so let's hear their voices. Post here if you oppose the EGM (and leave the other thread free for proper discussions. Just post your name and apartment number.

 This forum gets ruined by a few people who are vehemently opposed to an EGM. Even after it has been called they keep on spreading strange rumours about possible backhanders I would receive from the cleaning company, the identity of Carol and the doubts of the undersigned to the meeting. None of this is true of course.

Please use this topic to voice your opinions if you are against it. You claim to be a majority before we even had the meeting. Strange, but if so make yourself heard.

The vote for an EGM has been voted for, I have no problem with that. The problem I have is I am paying for it, whilst there are people that have voted for it, that are on the list of debtors produced today owing hundreds or thousands of Euros. Does that seem right to you. These peoples names are on both lists. What is not true about these facts.

As for Carol 12, the problem people have is that she makes so many objections to things the committee are doing or not doing, yet when given the chance to meet 1 or 2 of the committee members, she backs away. When asked to introduce herself to the community, even by private mail, she backs away again. Why make loud objections yet remain anonymous. How can she expect to be part of the community when she does not want to meet anyone on it. She is like the Invisible Man ( Woman ).  What is not true about these facts.

We seem to be crossposting. I answered you in another topic while you wrote this. Look  there for the answer on the debtor issue.

As for Carol, that's not for me to discuss or reveal. She is on the official list of people demanding the EGM so even our administrator acknowledges that she is a an owner in Don Juan. There are more people who want to keep their privacy on this forum so I don't blame her for that.
