JUST AS IMPORTANT. IN ONE OF THE CASES WE HAVE ALLREADY PLACED AN EMBARGO ON A PROPERTY OWNED BY THE COMPANY THAT WHAS FREE OF CHARGES.(this basically means that these clients are now home and dry (IN MAZARRON).AS SOON AS THE OTHER CLIENT HAS OBTAINED NIE numbers I am confident we will achieve an embargo on a free of charges property also. daviessolicitors.com

I was told  that every  property Huma  own at Mazarron  has  a mortgage on it.  Are the  propeties definitely  mortgage free?

the second person davies is talking about is me, we have now got to get NIE numbers, to get these you must go to the nearest police station to the house you own or were buying in spain.............or apply to 

the spanish consulate in england,  i contacted them and they said it would take 3 months!!!!!!!!

Hope these two units are not those that the legals are chasing for Jackb and others.

Wouldn't worry to much - who is going to buy them at that price when you can get a fully furnished resale for 100,000 euros!

I wouldn't take much notice as plot 37 was sold some 18 months ago, and is available for rental http://www.holidaylettings.co.uk/rentals/mazarron/67636

Plot 35 is available for 119000€ from Huma if you use your 10% discount.

We also received this email. Quite annoyed as they seem to be offering their long suffering customers nothing at all. On Mercer's Spain website last week there were 2 MCC Aroma resale properties both around 87000. And why are they only offering this 'deal' to those with BGs? My guess is that they have no money left and they need to get their hands on money held by the banks to maintain any sort of cash flow.
