Hi everyone, As I have said before I have been fortunate enough to have my BG,,s encashed by my new  solicitor Maria at CostaLuz Lawyers.  When I requested to Aldea to send originals of my BG,s they said you must send us some Euros right away and we must act on this immediately, I said no I want them to send them to my new solicitor. They replied to that that they wanted more euros to close my file, which I refused, nothing happened for a week or two, then Maria e.mailed me to tell me she had secured my originals, free of charge and they would be in her office in a matter of days. How pleased I am that it worked out the way it did, it looks as though I just got in in time according to the stories going round now about Aldea, which are beyond belief.

I myself have given up on houses in spain and going to buy a Lodge home on a new site at Alcala de Xivert which is between Vinaros and Castellon on Costa del Azahar, at the moment there are no lodges sited here, the deal is the first 10 units on site get half rental for life €1800 per year the site is opening in Sepetember the electricity is on and waiting for water  I have ordered a Willerby Boston (all units on this site will be made by Willerby in the uk and transported to Alcala) the sited price for the Boston 40ft x 20ft double unit Lodge home to residential spec, sited is about £68,000 Single units can be purchased from as low as £50,000.

Hope these two units are not those that the legals are chasing for Jackb and others.

I see it the same as you,the claim would be against the bank.

The Lawyer says its against the developer and will take a few months and

if HUMA don't turn UP(AS THEY SEEM TO MAKE AN HABIT OF) YOU WIN .
