Does anyone have the full court postal address, email address and telephone number of Murcia Court.  For some reason I have not been able to get hold of my Solicitor, so I am now going to try the Court direct for an update on a hearing that should have happened sometime in October 2008 against Huma.  This is not our first hearing, but a hearing as Huma has not paid what the Court awarded us.

Songthrush.

Hi Songthrush,

Please, please keep us updated on this as those of us awaiting a court case will be very interested.  It just seems unbelievable that this is allowed to happen when you know the law should be on your side.

Good luck.

Indeed, just how many of us ex ACC people are waiting for the court decision / date ?

Why are these cases not being heard / dealt with in a timely manner. What's going on ?

If only we knew!!  It just seems that the money we pay 'up front' to the solicitors and barristers is just sitting in their accounts and nothing seems to happen.  Whilst we've all got used to the waiting game it doesn't make it less frustrating.

If  we did have some idea of a date it would somehow make me feel better but we are just told it will take 'a long time'  also if we knew some people were actually getting money back through the courts the waiting wouldn't be so bad but I  have yet to hear of this happening.

An even better date would be the date they are going to re start the building on the ACC development. AND A FINISH DATE.

This would put peoples minds at rest one way or another.

What happened to the PGOU thingy for the area and all the certificates that were in place for a re start to happen .......

Have 'they' all just forgoten about it now that most are chasing refunds.

The ACC Project started Jan 2004......... here we are 2009. Says it all doesn't it.

Guess it's back to the old coffee macines for those days of endless chat about nothing in their Spanish offices because I can't imagine anything else going on. They can't sell propertise anymore so what work have they got to do.
