Planning Permission

Did I read in one of the threads that the planning permission had been given for ACC?

That is the current news but before anyone gets excited it would be interesting to read a copy of the licence just to make sure that it is true

Someone who lives inear Cuevas could perhaps get a copy from the Town Hall and post it for all to read

But the other part of this current news is that it may well be 2 years or so , and until this big recession is over before a development is started

There is apparently a little matter of ' finance for the development' to be sorted which is not surprising and that is not easy for any developer just now anywhere in the world 

If this is true then it can only be good news for those still involved with ACC as the land is a valuable asset  with a building licence and worth little without it 

A bit to cheer about perhaps in these hard times in 2009 and one day perhaps in  2011 or so ACC homes will be on the market for sale again and people will live there...it is of course a great location 

Our lawer Davies Co have told us we have another court date of 4 april at Mercia.

Huma did not even bother turning up for the first hearing and our lawer thinks Huma

wil again ignore the courts for the next hearing,  we have spent  e2500 on fees.

The spanish courts are nothing like ours,  they have no intention of bearing down on

spanish devolopers who owe money to english buyers,  any buyers at ACC who are

considering sueing Huma must be in for the same toothless law system we have found.

Huma are theives and con men,   the courts dont care,  I would can never give up as I am

owed £40.000............but I have no faith in the 3rd world spanish law system,   if Redrow or

Wimpey had stolen 25 million from spanish buyers the directors would be in prison now.

The spanish have drove away british buyers ,  I hope the market never comes back for them. 

As a matter of interest Jack why are you going back yo court for a second time?

If  Huma  didn't  turn  up to the  court, was  the  decision  not made   in  your  favour, like  it  would be here in the UK, or  I am  missing  something.  Why  have they  set  another  day. 

Our solicitor has had several cases against Huma,  he told me Huma ignore the first court hearing as a standard time wasting tactic, the court then gives Huma a further 3 months to file a defence.

In cases he has won,   Huma still ignore the courts and wont give the refund within the 30 day notice,  you then have to take further court action against Huma,    crazy but that is the dago law system we are all up against.......Huma have a plan to never pay back our £25 million they have stolen and its working..........none of us can give up.
