curtains

As we are going to buy our curtains in Spain, we are looking for shops where we can  choose  the material and where one makes the curtains tailored. All information is wellcome, as we already drove more than 1000 km to find funiture and white goods and we realize that shops in Spain are not always what we are used to.

Yorkshire Linen in Mazarron is a must !  Lovely place for soft furnishings, people are English and very friendly.  Please don't ask me directions but i is easy to get to:-

Not sure but i think  Yorks Linen only sell ready made curtains. Good shop though ( my favourites are the cushions) you can buy all soft furnishings  and bedding there. Shop is above Mercadona in the port.  Very nice obliging people.

I think there is someone on Camposol who makes up curtains etc. Kathy who posts on this forum may know as shop used to be just behind where she works. Why not send her a message i am sure she would not mind.

The Curtain /Soft furnishing shop called "Lesleys" on Camposol A is still open. To find it, from Condado, go towards Mazarron, take the turning for Camposol A, at Marianos Restaurant turn left & you will see a smallish Comercial Centre in front of you. I am based in Dragontours at the front, while Lesley´s is behind me next to the very handy Ferriteria. It wasn´t open when I went past, but I was early this morning, but I imagine it will be open at 10am.
