You will have to contact them via Mileniun. I sent them emails as well but they do not respond directly. We can't receive some of the HD-channels anymore. They are looking into it since two weeks. Doesn't seem to be a reliable provider and not fast responding. Internet speed is most of the time at approx. 8Mb.
