Ghost forum

In veiw of all the mis information, careless posting of confidential  sensitive legal information intended for clients only . Along with  SARC/Tonymal's offending and misquoting a respected lawyer. If  a correction and  apology to Martin and the people who have been misled is not  forthcoming  are SARC finished  ? or has this forum been reduced to a situation where by it is only safe to pass information , debate  and share thoughts and plans by PM with those  forum members who can be trusted ?

Bin sending pm's of sensitive nature for many months now as you well know,like you I am happy tpo share my knowledge and experiences but not to those who only want to slag folks. MY THOUGHTS ARE THAT EXACTLY

I  first thought you were looking for people with a ghost so came on to the thread to say when we went to register on the padron at San Miguel we were told there was already someone living in our new home, it was the old chap who originally bought it and died 5 years ago. We had to get a copy of his death certificate to get him evicted, I then came home and told him he had to leave

Scary subject when we moved in to our new house some 6 yrs ago we had a similair incident and I like you simply asked her to leave  and she did . Spooky really but when faced with the situation it  just  seemed the best thing to do . I  was wondering what the Spanish  percpective on this is  .Then I remembered the  wonderful Pedro Almadova movie Volver . JA

I don't think it was the fact that you asked him to leave, I think he  had enough of your moaning and couldn't get out fast enough. . I know exactly how he feels. So please give it a rest.

crowley mar  we will soon see who was giving the correct information and who was not .Who will get a good result because of the advice they choose to listen to and who will get nothing .I already know what I am getting so your comments don't bother me.If my moaning (as you put it ) about mis information being given out  on this forum helped even one other person to get the results I have got  then it was well worth it .Good luck JA

JA, there are some who consider anyone with common sense and the ability to seek guidance and act on the guidance when given, is something to be laughed at.
Some see it as moaning when you share the information and some just follow the blind, then when all goes wrong, will expect sympathy when tears are shed.
Keep on with the battle as the results that you and a few others have had to date must be encouraging for others who have also started down the same route and you are in contact with by PM.
Unfortunatley, for reasons stated previously, it is not information which it is wise to share on an open forum, in view of what has been going on.
