We have a property which was built by San Jose in Pinada Golf in Villa Martin. We never had any problems with San Jose and the house was finished to a very high standard. We had no problem with our snagging list, the work was carried out within a few days of giving the list to the site foreman. He also finished off the site as per the original plan.
Let's have a bit of faith in San Jose, work is not on schedule but these things happen at home as well. There is no point in panicking

OUR COMPLETION DATE IS OCT 2007 BUT WE ARE EXPECTING IT TO BE EARLY 2008. WE REALLY DON'T MIND WAITING AS WE ARE NOT PLANNING TO MOVE THERE UNTIL MID 2009. WE HAVE ALSO ASKED TO HAVE A FIREPLACE PUT IN.

ROY AND DEBBIE,
WE HAVE ALSO PURCHASED A CASABLANCA IN R15 AND HAVE GOT A PRICE FROM LAURA FOR THE GAS HEATING. THE TOTAL PRICE IS 5,860.00 BUT WITH THE 5% DISCOUNT IT BRINGS IT DOWN TO 5,567.00.
