Why do cctv and lists of debtors breach data protection rules?

We dont know which way to tun now, we never recvd our bank guarantee, and am aware of that we need to make decisions to act,
 
Anyone help me with a successful solicitor, that has helped you with no guarantee??

We are  with Andersons and we have no B/G. We are waiting  for  a court  date ,but believe me its been along road .and very stressful .We started this in Sep 2007. after being promised our money back twice.Sorry to be negative but if you don't expect miracles  then you wont get disappointed and think this mess will be soon over like we did.

We never received our BG's either and are currently in the process of taking Huma to court (just setting up the Power fo Attorney for th eSpanish solicitor).  I couldn't recommend a Spanish lawyer as although ours seems to know an lot about Huma and the situation, why were we never told that we did not have bank guarantees in place in the first place?

Is there anyone who is making any progress but who doesn't have a bank guarantee?

We started our cancellation in March 07 with just one bank guarantee, which we received refund in July 07. After that date the process began to then reclaim the other 20,000 plus 3,000 deposit, but the file did not go to court until May of this year!  Unfortunately, there is a long list of claimants, so we are still waiting for a court date to be set.  We met with our solicitors, Fusters  6 months ago, who showed us the piles of files which surrounded his office - all Almanzora clients!  We have been happy with Fusters up to now, but can only wait patiently for a court date.
