Can you get one now ,it should of been issued when you paid your money like ours.
We have'nt got one and we bought in 2005.We kept on to our soilcitor and Villaquest and was promised it was on its way ,but it never turned up.Now we are in the process of taking Huma to court.Hope this helps and good luck ,we could all do with some at the moment.
