great news winning your case, but not good having to wait so long.

How does that work with your solicitor, does it mean they have to wait for their money too ? if so you would think they would be onto the banks chasing the money. I think its disscusting that they can get away with it so long.

Fingers crossed for us in June when we go to court. We been waiting so long,hope this will be the big day we been waiting for.

Were hoping we dont have to attend but in away it wiould be a good thing,like you say to let them see waht we have been through,a very stressful and costly experience,which I wouldn't want to repeat.

We are still and will be paying for our dream for the next 15 years,which is soul destroying.

Thank you for the great advice of noting everything down,I wouldnt of thought of this.We just it to be over now and get whats rightfuly ours.

Hi happy new year to all.!!!!!!

I think I have already mentioned on the form about us having to attend court in June to answer questions.

Has anybody else been to the court. I have read somewhere that a few days before they can say you dont have to attend. What about booking flights,should we book them just incase. Im so confused as to what to do.

Also what quetions will they ask ?they have all our info from our solicitor!!

Any help would be appreciated right now

Well we are gutted,waited a year for a court date to be told by the judge we need to apear in court to ask us questions. Our 35k and we have to justify it. We are not happy, totally wrong. it wouldn't be so bad but we have to wait until June,after getting so excited and waiting for this court date,just to be knocked back. Anyone else had this ?
