Hi ALL
i AM HAPPY TO JOIN SOME KIND OF CONSORTIUM AND PAY MY FEE, HOWEVER IVE PAID OUT TWICE WITH NO JOY, THIS GOT ME THINKING THAST A CARROTT AND STICK APPROACH MAY BE BEST, IM NOT A FAN OF NO WIN NO FEE , HOWEVER THERES CERTAINLEY AN HUNGER AND DESIRE TO WIN, BECAUSE THEY ARE INCENTIVISED FOR RIGHT BEHAVIUOR, CONSEQUENTLY I HAVE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH SUCH AN ORGANISATION WHO ARE HAPPY TO LOOK INTO THIS, LET ME KNOW IF YOU WISH TO LOOK INTO THIS, oopps sorry for the capitals

Hi We have also got nowhere, and used 2 soanish solicitors, once they have had our money they dont want to fight anymore.
I feel its best to go through the no win no fee road, the carrot and stick approach may work, if i can get enough people interested we should go in a group, im happy to give 25% of any return i can get its better than nothing what do you think
