Raise cash payable on sale of property

I am one of the many who are suing Huma. My solicitor tells me that it would assist my case if I could provide a list of cases (including the COURT NUMBER AND THE COURT PROCESS REFERENCE, ie the NUMERO DE JUZGADO Y PROCEDIMIENTO Nº.) that (a) have been successful against Huma and (b) that have been formally instigated and are currently awaiting determination.

I’d be grateful if you could send me a personal message if you are in either category.

We don't have a court number reference or anything as yet. Our lawyer is just about to log our case with the court. 
However, with the number of cases against Huma rising and going to litigation do you think the courts will or could just get these through en bloc quickly.

i.e. because all cases are a claim for refunds against same company. So the court just orders Huma to refund each and every case.....after a brief.......That way the pile of cases is dealt with swiftly.
Is that a little too simplistic ?
or will the court drag through every little detail of every refund claim ? If so , it could take forever.

Apparenly, Huma are also playing difficult with requests from lawyers and pending cases. 
Our lawyer asked Huma for a copy of receipted payment ....... They have so far not provided that ! So the onus will be on each of us to prove we paid it !
Surely if Huma upset the lawyers and courts too much it will not do them any good.

Thank God there are not too many companies like that we have to deal with.
