Why Roda? Well, plenty of reasons like: great resort, good area, good investment, it´s not too far from Madrid by car............

I think it will be great when everything is finished.

Sam being 'Captain Of Golf' wasn'r really a factor in us purchasing, but I think it will help the reputation of the resort to have his name associated.

btw, I am actually a member at Kelburn, hope you enjoyed the course when you played it ??

i played it about this time last year and was pleasantly surprised at how good condition it was at this time of year.

the last is a tester when youve got a score going.

im at renfrew myself  - maybe get a round in together some time.

we too thought that sam being conected to roda was a little bit of icing that should indeed enhance the reputation.

Hello everybody. We are new to the forum - today and we are Vivienne & Seamus +3 from Greystones in Ireland. We have bought in phase 3 and like some of you have had some difficulty recently getting information from Roda. Phase 3 was supposed to be released in June 07 but that looks very unlikely at this stage. Do any of you know whether there are apartments in phase 1 available for rent ?

We are from Carlow.  We have an apartment in phase 1 meant to complete on 21st Dec. It is a 2 bed top floor.

How about yourself? Did you buy through any agent?

Have you been over to Roda yet?

 Good question but I wish I could give u any answer. At the moment we do not know and people from phase 1 are still waitting.

I´ve been in touch with the costumer service asking about the building licence on phase 3 and I am still waiting for this information.

We are from Winchester Uk and have completed on third floor apartment on 15 Nov in Block 22. Snagging done and will be back in jan/Feb to see what has been done. Furniture not through Roda package - have done our own thing and ordered locally - to be delivered in january ! We hope. Rental will be sorted locally if Roda wont do as not using their packages ! Good to hear all your news of upsides and downsides of Roda management.

We are from Bournemouth and we are waiting to complete on a Block 5 ground floor apartment - we went over for completion on 7th November but couldn't because Roda had not got all the bits of paper from the Town Hall!  Good job really - we snagged and major issues with the bathroom layout (which would have been OK if were not an end property) and the fact that we think that the cleaning ladies took off all the finishes on the stainless steel/aluminium surrounds of all the kitchen kit including the drainer, hob surround, oven and kitchen unit door handles.  So, we won't complete until these major items have been attended to - so still waiting to hear if they have done the work. 

We are going over for Jan 20th for about a week so hopefully all will be resolved by then - fingers crossed everyone!
