Hi - I'm just back from Roda. I spent some time talking to the sales and post sales teams. I have bought in phase 3 as well and to be honest I'm now assuming I wont get it until March 08. It was explained to me that Phase 3 (a) is under construction but phase 3 (b) has yet to start. News to me that they were splitting it but so be it. They are saying that all of phase 3 will be released by the end of the year - but this does not look likely. Phase 1 looks well - allbeit still a site under development - and phase 2 is coming on well. I played the course and enjoyed it - its in good condition for such a new course. Many of the water features are dry so it looks like the irrigation system is still being developed. The big news for me was that the hotel and sports complex wont be available until '09 - so allowing for some slippage it could be 3 years away.

Boy was it quiet out there in January !!

Hello everybody. We are new to the forum - today and we are Vivienne & Seamus +3 from Greystones in Ireland. We have bought in phase 3 and like some of you have had some difficulty recently getting information from Roda. Phase 3 was supposed to be released in June 07 but that looks very unlikely at this stage. Do any of you know whether there are apartments in phase 1 available for rent ?
