have just found this forum and would like to let you all know, if you do not already about our 'foro' area.
It will not be where planned.
It will be shared with Los Naranjos and is much further away. I would say 20 min walk from say garden 5 or 7. Much closer to Los Naranjos than us.
That is why gardens 6 and upwards were renumbered 7 and up.
To make way for the area planned to be foro to actually be garden 6.
Polaris didn't tell me this, I had to find out from another unhappy purchaser whilst in Spain last week.
I went to look for furniture and arrange mortgage as due to complete on 8 Aug.
Also very unhappy as our garden was supposed to have 2 pools and now only has 1.
Would love to know if any of you already knew about this.
Sorry to be bearer of bad news, and must say that apartments look fab. Went there 4 times and met people who have moved in etc.
