We have bought in Jardine 3 but have no idea when our completion date is. What date have you being given?

Could you tell me how much notice they have given you before completion?

Are you having a panic attack like me about the completion date. We haven't even received our NIE number yet or sorted the balance due on the apartment.

We received a telephone call from Polaris World on the 26th March to give us the completion date of 3rd June - so we had about 10 weeks notice.  PW will send you the forms to apply for your NIE number and if you return the documents to them, they will arrange this for you.  When you go over to Spain to complete, they take you to Murcia the day before completion to collect the NIE numbers.  Hope this helps.

I must admit panic has entered our household as we were certainly not looking at completion till later in the year. I am sure we have our NIE numbers as we went up to Manchester to sort those out. We are just sorting the mortgage out at the moment but are still hoping not to hear from PW yet!!
