Cleaner Required

As stated in previuos posts we have purchased a 3 bedroom property in Jardines 8 (or is it now No. 9???)

While in Costa del sol we found a brochure with a scale in for room sizes.

Here goes, very rough estimate for 3 bedroom property in Jardines only. Sizes DO NOT include wardrode space. Its just floor space of rooms. No corridors included.

All in feet and inches (old school) W=width, L=length

Living /dining area   W: 11.5     L: 13.11

Kitchen   W: 8.4    L: 6.0

Bed 1  W: 10.7   L: 10.0

Bed 2   W: 8.4   L: 10.4

Bed 3   W: 7.3    L: 10.7

bathroom   W:  7.3   L: 6.0

Just to confuse everyone a little further Total internal build space according to PW is about 61 Sq.m.

The above equates in Square metres to ABOUT 56 sq.ms. That leaves around 5(ish) Square metres for total wardrope and corridor space.

As I have already said these are all rough estimates from a brochure we found in the PW office in Costa Del Sol. It looks about right to us, and for a holiday home the sizes are (We Think) more than adequate.

Hope this helps a little, but if we are wrong dont sue us. (we have no money-we have spent it on the holiday home)

Mabey I am wrong but I understand that the area of the property is measured to include the outside walls in spain,I am in a two bed in jardines seven

any news on the signature course when will it be completed

We've bought a 2 bedroom apartment and by overlaying the plan on a spreadsheet and working out the ratios I've estimated out the room sizes to be as follows: -

Living/Dining/Corridor: 18.8m2
Kitchen: 5.8m2 (2 x 2.9m)
Bathroom: 4.5m2 (1.9 x 2.35m)
Bedroom 1: 11.6m2 (4 x 2.9m)
Bedroom 2: 10.3m2 (3.55 x 3.05m)

Obviously they might be a few cm out, but I think they're a good estimate. Note that bedroom sizes include the built-in wardrobe space.
