Hi all

i have been looking at Jardines de Alhama on the web and it looks like a good buy i was wondering what the payment plans are??

i have bought a place at san cayetano and they wanted 40% within 3 months but i offered them 30% over 12 months and they accepted at the time i reserved they said about 26 months for completion which has changed now more like 28.

so are polaris open to offers?

I have just returned from Spain, Bought on Jardines last December. Don't think they are open to offers. Standard terms are E3000 to reserve for 30 days, then 25% of purchase price (less the E3000 reservation fee). Further 15% after 9 months then 60% on completion (with Jardines supposed to be 18 months from start to finish).

When I was out there, they seem to be digging out the founds and moving plenty of earth about.

Stayed in La Torre, another Polaris project, very impressed. Hope Condado turns out as good.
