I am one of the many who are suing Huma. My solicitor tells me that it would assist my case if I could provide a list of cases (including the COURT NUMBER AND THE COURT PROCESS REFERENCE, ie the NUMERO DE JUZGADO Y PROCEDIMIENTO Nº.) that (a) have been successful against Huma and (b) that have been formally instigated and are currently awaiting determination.
I’d be grateful if you could send me a personal message if you are in either category.
