Mac's Poll - Let's Vote

Although over 5 million Britons will have spent Christmas abroad this year, many will also have gone back to the UK to be with their families and friends or taking a holiday elsewhere. Although Spain at Christmas is very different to the UK most shouldn’t have any trouble finding their traditional British Xmas goodies to help them through the festive period; mince pies, Christmas pudding, turkey, stuffing, crackers and so on, are now readily available in most expat regions of Spain. 

In my opinion, Spain certainly doesn’t feel as festive as the UK at this time of year so to get into the spirit seems to be a little harder over here I find. So it wouldn’t surprise me if The UK were more popular for Christmas. Spain just isn’t as Christmassy as Britain, call it commercial or what you want, but it doesn’t feel the same.
