Social activites for the kiddies

Hi wondering if anyone out there knows of any clubs, groups etc for kids of 2 years and up, They like dancing and being vocal and dont mind spending a couple of Euros a week on some kind of activity that they can do, I cannot put them though Nursery at this time as its just so expensive and we have very little income, but want the kiddies to mingle and meet other children, Spanish and English, any ideas or local groups, dance classes etc info would be gratefully recieved..
