Dear All,

Maria has now opened the subject of group action to recover deposits for those not willing or able to complete on unsatisfactory properties.

Is there anyone on the forum who is interested in joining such a group?

Contact in the usual way.

My particular concern is urbanisation Casares Del Sol and developer Interlaken, but that need not be exclusive.

Dear normansands,

We have succesfully retrieved funds from this developer and with regards to this development last year without having to go to court and the matter was resolved within a couple of months.
