good property management company in murcia region

Hi, we are completing on a property in murcia region within the next few months and need a good property management company in this region. Has anyone got any recommendations from previous experience? English speaking company essential. Need a company who will get a good tenant, and actually manage the property properly (rather than just saying they will manage it, but not actually doing much!!). Thanks, any advice / recommendations appreciated.
