French lessons/native speakers

Hi all,

I have French to A level but I would like to expand it. I would like to practice my conversation. I can always offer Spanish or English in return. I really need to improve my French as I am not praticing it at all. It is actually embarrasing when I have to speak it.

You might get a better response if you post this in the General Forum.  You´ve posted this in the Short term rental thread.

We could make this the french speaking thread as I would like to practise my french but maybe Justin won't let us since it is supposed to be Spain related.

There is a french mum at Manilva school. I think that she is the mother of one of Sophie's(your neighbour) friends. I wonder if you could approach her via Sophie.

Did you get sorted with someone to practice your French with?

A very good friend of mine is native French and he and his partner visit us in Manilva quite often - pm me and I'm sure we could arrange for you to come over for a drink (or two) and practice your conversation

Not the same as face-to-face I know but have you tried myhappyplanet.com ? You pick any language you want and can find others wishing to practice with you. You do so on skype or via email. I have never used it but a few people I know said it helped with their Spanish.

Thank u Buzy and Vicci. I am in England for a week. I will go back to my French when I am back in Spain. I have it at A level and I am having lessons from September onwards as I am forgetting it all. My conversation level is not good that's why i need some practice and become a confident speaker.
