11 Jun 2009 12:00 AM by altealavella in Orxeta. 42 posts Send private message I manage several properties on the Costa Blanca and thought that maybe if prospective renters came for a weeks holiday to see the area and the property then i could deduct the cost of the holiday rental from the rent for the 11 months if they decided to rent long term.
