Hi everyone, I am Pinkie, a newbie to this. Anyone out there that can help?! I opened a Deposit account fixed for 1 year. Normal bog standard brochure on side in Barclays. Never new until I needed some money out of the deposit account due to me on 23.01.09. That the Man, has snuffled it, tying to my mortgage, not he or anyone else informed me, asked for translation of mortgage etc. Never got. The customer service team says not their responsibility, it is the branches. Any one out there had similar prob,
