I think the following common-sense rules apply :
- use the outer lane for an exit on the right and for just following the road
- use the inner lane for an exit to the left or turning back
- use right signal for an exit to the right
- no signal if you follow the road
- left signal for an exit to the left or turning back
- if possible use the right signal just before you exit on the left
- watch the rear-right using your mirrors
- slow driving
So, no more problemos
