Poor Fibby and poor Fibby,s hubby!!!!

Spent a lot of my two weeks hols in sunny England reading the posts on eyeonspain!! Sad or what? But interesting. Going home to Spain on Tuesday and looking forward to keeping in touch with the forum.

I was trawling the net looking for avatars when i came across this, You have probably seen it but i have put it on anyway, apparently the cartoon is called "Fibby"

i think I wll stick with my black cat though, reason is, I had a black cat called Fibby years ago, he was my first cat and I loved him to bits!

Goodnight to all have a good nights sleep as I intend to do from now on, as John is in hospital tonight having his SNORING VALVE removed!!!       He had it done on his nose in Oct 2006 but, ended up snoring worse than ever! Today he had his throat done, bless him!

I did say that I have put up with sleepless nights for 23 years and dont want him to go through more pain. Honest!!! But, he is now so bad, he wakes himself up, and has a really sore throat from snoring!! Our friends were on holiday  with us last week and they could not believe that they could hear him so loudly, he was waking them up, when they were on the ground floor and we were two floors above!

So, night night, I am leaving out my earplugs and hope I dont need them anymore, or that glass of wine to help me sleep.......well maybe I will have the odd glass....cos it has been known a glass is good for you!

Hope your John is ok and feeling better after his op.

Your tale of the snoring being heard all over the hotel made me smile!

Realistically though, this is not a laughing matter....friends of ours had a similar problem, perhaps worse than yours.....

Her hubby stopped breathing in his sleep and snored very very loudly too.

He had to have a tracheotomy to solve his problems and has lived with this for the last 20 years.

So, I sympathise, it's not an easy ride is it.

Anyway, hope you feel refreshed, my turn to hit the sack now, so night night peeps..........................
