Property management

Has anybody any feedback on using Dolphin Property Management on the Costa del Sol. We have an apartment in Miraflores which we are thinking of renting out for holiday lets. Also any info on websites such as Holiday-Rentals, Holiday-Lettings and Owners Direct etc would be good.

Any info, good or bad, would be appreciated.

I know DOlphin but cannot comment since we are in the same business! I'm sure someone can let you know about them.

A few of the owners we work with also use ownersdirect and it has been very good for them so I would say it is worth the money as long as the property is marketed right and not over priced. Don't expect to much in these hard times,however, there are still plenty of people enquiring about holiday rentals so the market is not completely dead!
