Help! reposesion threat

Hello everyone,
I have a property in las palmas and my tenants did not pay the rent for 8 months. my bank has now sued me but a date is not set yeet for a court hearing. I have now got enough money to pay for all missed payments including interest but the director of my bank refuses to take the money unless I add 5.000 euros of legal fees to it.
Can anyone advice, please.

Well, a good negotiation with the Bank is needed there. Do you have a lawyer?
