Hi Morerosado,

Great posts, very informative.  One quick question.  If my property is on a golf complex am I still liable for the refuse, sewage etc taxes raised by the local town hall or are these paid by the community management company from my community fees?

Sorry Ken, I don't know. We're on a community (not a golf complex) & we pay our own. You'll need to ask your community management about it.
