Court case re Palmera Properties, Grupo Mirador and associated developers

I would just like to ask if any of you are currently part of the court case against Palmera and Grupo Mirador etc, how your case is progressing, which lawyers you are working with and how you feel they are fighting your claim?
We are currently working with a lawyer and wanted to see how everyone else was progressing. Maybe develop some networking to compare progress and share information.

hi i am at the moment trying to take palmera and grupo mirador to court, my solicitor is having a
lot of trouble getting my original paperwork off of plamera they keep saying they cant find it
so he is in the progress of finding out if they can go to court without it. it is taking forever.
the property which i have but not yet completed after 5 years is parasio del sol. thanks, Lisa.

Hi, just to let you know, i won the court case against mirador last december, now am waiting for their appeal
in the high court, 22nd of january, my lawyer is in the progress of asking for a deal with the other lawyer
as they think i am going to win, lets hope so, Luci.

Were Grupo mirador and Palmera building and promoting Paraiso del Sol?
If so who did your lawyer actually sue? was it Mirador - Mirador went bust didn't they? if so who is your lawyer doing a deal with?
Nice to hear since 2008 that you are getting progress and feedback.
( I put money down on Valle del Rosario in Vilenueva del Rosario nr Antequera in 2004 )

Hi , it was sherry mirador ,same group, i think, and yes palmera properties. The lawyer
took mirador to court and they did not go bust they own hotels etc.
I put a seizure on one of their hotels, if i win, they will have to sell the hotel and
pay me. Someone else is living in my house, which i put a deposit on, they sold
it twice i think.

Hi there I have been trying all avenues to find out any information on palmera properties and Grupo Mirador, so far i have had no luck. Please could someone post a solicitors name and number so i can join in with tracking down my deposit. Thanks
