UK Freeview frequencies are different to the ones in Spain (TDT)  you can use a FREEVIEW TV to watch anything you want providing you have a suitable receiver and satellite dish, that said in Playa Flamenca I would go for a 1.9 Dish as the UK size dish is a waste of time on Costa Blanca.
I have a SONY WEGA freeview TV but use it with a SKY+HD Box - This allows me to watch British TV via ASTRA2D at 28.2 degrees east. Spanish TV leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion, although watching the Spanish cartoons is an excellent way to learn basic Spanish.
