I would like to say hi, and thankyou for the most informative news letters.
I have been reading lots of messages and they are realy helpful to me and my husband Tony as we have our house on the market and if and when we finaly sell it is our plan to spend our winters in spain on the costa blanca.
I am 60 and Tony 62 so we dont want to take any chances.
We no things are slow in spain as they are here but we are looking forward to it and we will most probaly rent out there to start with.
Keep sending those news letters and thankyou.

We found our apartment in Rafal this time last year, completed in Feb08 and have had a few problems. Most are now solved but my advise to you, Make Sure the AGENT is well known with a good History, find a Good Independent Solicitor, get everything in writing & keep every bit of information. If NEW Build Make sure you have a copy of the Builders Bank Guarantee with a date that will not run out before completion Date . Ask the cost of all fees before signing anything & don't let the Agent or Solicitor dictate how they will do things for you.TELL THEM WHAT YOU WANT, AND MAKE SURE YOU GET IT IN WRITING. If they have nothing to hide then they will do this. Good luck in your search, Hope you find what you are looking for. NOTE The agent only shows you what he needs to sell, you must tell them how much you want to spend, don't be talked into more than you can afford, Happy Hunting.

I have noted all.
It will be a while yet but we will keep popping out there for visits we were in playa flamenca in feb we enjoyed it there but we are keeping an open mind.
It will be the costa blanca though.
