Estepona Urbs - Which ones are nice??

Hi,

We are re-locating to Estepona in the very near future and was hoping for some advice on nice urbs to rent at first and then hope to buy. We are hoping for  somewhere gated and secure, small private garden would be nice, use of a pool and not too many houses/apartments on there.

We are looking at renting a 2/3 bed house for the first 11 months and then hope to buy a 3/4 bed house. Close to a good primary school for our two girls age nearly 7 and nearly 3.

Any advice would be great.

Are you looking at english or spanish urbs?

Garden beach is nice, close to main road but totally gated and secure. main pool and childrens pool and a gym with direct access to the beach. Its on the outskirts of Estepona. Only 31 houses in the copmplex and next to Kempinsky hotel with all the facilities. Houses there are traditionally 2 beds but I have once with a converted basement. giving 3 beds plus 2 more rooms ie office or something.
